Appointments

In March 2020 we introduced a telephone triage appointment system. Patients are asked to telephone the practice at 8.45am to book a triage slot for that day. When we have reached a safe capacity, which varies depending on the volume of GPs on duty, you may be asked to contact back on another morning if your problem is not urgent. Our admin team have been asked to take as much relevant information as possible so that GP's can prioritise your call.

Face to face appointments are then offered to patients who may need seen following a telephone consultation with the GP.

Nurses

The practice nurse and the treatment room nurse also operate an appointment system (09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday).

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
